(It's much harder on the worm!) I'm happy if I find a worm in produce. At least you know there's little or no pesticide in it. That's good for your sister-in-law. Wouldn't be too worried, people hype how bad it is because its gross, small fruit worms and all that are mainly just protein. 1 maggot is ok to eat (as long as it isn't live, which may cause it to breed, although the stomach acids could probably kill it anyway) but I wouldn't start eating many of them, I wouldn't start worrying about going to that store again. Little or no pesticided food is healthier. At least you know they are organic. Sounds like a maggot maybe?
