Your kitten needs to see the vet. It's possible that he may have ringworm. Ringworm is a fungus infection of the skin and should be treated by a vet. Ringworm is contagious to other pets and humans.

If you are lucky it's not ringworm and your vet can help you with your questions about worms and his diet.

Good Luck and thanks for taking such good care of this little guy!

You may or may not see dead worms in his stool. But generally it's safest to worm more than once, as a cat can still have worms but it just hasn't built up enough to see them. If you've wormed him twice, then he is most likely free of them.

Your kitten may have ringworm. That's the most common cause for hair loss around the face (they have it on their feet, then spread it to their facial area and ears when they wash themselves). It's best to take a trip to the vet to confirm this, as it won't get better on it's own.
