What medication should i buy for my sick cat ?? please help she is so sick?
ok before you judge me
i will try to be short
i live in a third world country,we have ONE vet clinic in my city (for all types of animals)
the vet is rude and he never listens (last few times i try to explain my cat’s health history he tells me:just say what’s wrong NOW ) and all the times he treated her i never fully understood what is exactly wrong
my cat have this phases
where she suddenly makes high pitched loud meows and grrrrrr voices
(each times she will get antibiotic, antiinflammontry and deworming pills , she never took the deworming pills (throw it up) so i think this is the main problem)
she have tape worms, she never took the pill (throw it up)
so now she is in those "phases"
i want to go and pick pills to her (he is ok with selling any type of pills/antibiotics without priscription)
i was thinking antibiotics, antiinflammentry and deworming (they have her weight and details)
this time pluse the sudden screams she tires to go to the bathroom but she cant (she digs and make belly dancers moves and notthing comes out) or white things comes out and she licks it and scream
do you think i should get her something else ? please to understand i’m frustated and worried about my kitty
nooooo i’m kind of educated about cat
she is NOT IN HEAT
and the way her body moves is when she digs a hole and try to "do it" she cant so she moves her body (like a belly dancer) and scream like she is trying hard to poo
and the "in heat" vocies are deeper
my cat’s scream is sharper (like she is in pain) also there is always bown-orangy (now white discharge)
should i ask for a vitamin or something ??
about the names
last time i read him a med name(from yahoo answers) he got angry and told me "leave you out of this"
it is so frustating

Definitely the worms are causeing the pain and "white things". She is probably discharging a lot of bile/mucus with the poo because of the worms. it does sound like it hurts her a lot. Are the worms tiny (like the size of a pinky fingernail clipping) or are they bigger and flat? Try and look up different types of worms that live in the intestines and see which one fits the closest to her symptoms. Get the medication for that.
It would also be wise to get her a pain medication (It sometimes comes in liquid form which you can give in a dropper syringe which is easier for them to take than tablets) Give her that for at least 3 days while you’re giving her the de-wormer. Antibiotics too like Clavamox may help, she may need it if there is a gastro or bladder infection, which could be causeing the pain when she defecates as well. I don’t want it to seem like I’m recommending to overdose your cat with medication, but all 3 together should help some of the symptoms she is having.
I also live in a third world country-Philippines.our solution to that is to just let the cat stroll and let nature take its course.
your cat has no chance just put it out of it’s misery im not trying to be funny really just one hit to the head with a heavy object it will feel no pain
Exercise and de-worming pills
She needs proper deworming. Crush the pill in food if you have to, but treatment for tapeworms specifically requires meds specific for treating tapeworms. I would also recommend getting her on an antibiotic like amoxicillin. Baytril would probably be the best, but if you have a vet that prescribes Baytril antibiotic in too strong of a dose it usually results in blindness in a cat. Get the worms and any possible underlying infection under control. Without more specific symptoms to go by there’s not much we can help you with.
Well, there is a medication called Droncit that is commonly given for tapeworms if she truly does have them. I am sorry you do not have access to good veterinary care.
As for the phases – how often do they happen? They loud meow and growling voices as well as the odd body postures sound like she is in heat. Has she been fixed? Or does she have kittens often? If she can still get pregnant, then the phases might just be her heat cylce which is annoying, but normal. The only way to stop that is to get her fixed (spayed) so she can not get pregnant again and will no longer go into heat. Good luck.
To know if a cat has intestinal parasites you need to check a fecal sample so they can be diagnosed and the appropriate medication dispenses. Tapeworms are often diagnosed by the evidence of small worms around the anal opening or in the stool. A cat can also have problems passing stool if they are very constipated. This can be quite painful and difficult for the cat. It is possible that more than one thing is going on. Your veterinarian should be able to identify the worms and prescribe appropriate therapies.
