The last couple days my dog has had explosive diarrhea. I have woken up each morning very early to runny poop all over the floor. When we got her from the humane society she had whip worm. We took her to a vet and got her medicine she got better and has been better for a few weeks. The last two days though she has had diarrhea again and I think it is worse then before because before she would atleast warn me or my boyfriend that she needed to go out. Now I think she don’t even get a warning. I didn’t give her food yesterday but I put her outside today and feed her because I don’t want to starve her. We bought dog toothpaste and brushed her teeth but I don’t think that would cause this. The only thing I can think of is she got into something bad or maybe the whipworm came back. Any advice would be helpful.
I planned to take her to the vet on Monday if it continues through the weekend. That sthe soonest she can be seen by a vet any way.
Plus I just thought there could be something I could do until then its very devastating to see her go through this

okay my dog has worms in her poop so we went to pet smart and bought worm medicine which covers any type of worm she has so we gave it to her in her dry dog food and poured alittle bit of water over it like it said to and the worm medicine is a powder so anyways we did and she ate it and then the next day she is like coughing and making weird noises and we gave it to her the next day and still was coughing so we stop then she stop coughing but got the worms in her poop again so we gave her the medicine again then she coughs what do we do were suppose to give it to her like daily but she coughs
oh btw my dog doesnt have play with other dogs we only have one pet and she doesnt go by other dogs at all and she had shots
oh and she has grains of rice which is tapeworm
and my mom doesnt have the money for a vet she only coughs when we give it to her but when we dont perfectly fine

I found a little puppy the other day. He had worms (i saw them in his poop), so i went to the pet store and got him some medicine. i gave it to him early this morning, and now i’m not not sure how to tell if he still has worms or if he is better. what should i look for?

My 5lb, 11 week old pug puppy has worms. I know this because she was dragging her butt on the carpet, and when I checked her poop it had many rice sized squiggly tape worms in it. I do not have much money at this time and was hoping to get some advice. Do the de-worming tablets from the store work? I don’t have a lot of money for the vet right now.

alright so i have a 7 month yr old boy kitten hes VERY curious and already likes the puppy and we got her yesturday. she just took her first poop and it was full of white maggots which the vet calls tape worms. benfields vet told us to buy some dewormer out of petsmart. but is our kitten safe? since we saw the puppys poo we have kept their food seperate and kept them seperate. is my kitten charlie safe around the puppy or can he get the worms from her?
