My dog died yesterday and I was wondering if someone can help me find out why?

She was throwing up and had watery poop with worms in it i gave her worm medicine but it didnt help and it was kinda like her mouth was paralyzed she couldnt drink water i had to give it to her from a spoon Can someone please help and tell me what wrong. She was a border collie puppy 5 months old

Could of been the worms weren’t treated in time, also sounds like it might have been parvo. You could have a autopsy done. Sorry for your lose.
Didn’t you take her to the vet?? It sounds like she was very sick — especially if she had worms in her poo. That would be an immediate sign to take your dog to the vet for an examination. Regardless, call your local vet — I’m sure they will be able to help diagnose what went wrong and why your pup died.
had she had any injections or treatment from the vets?
Probably Parvo along with intestinal parasites.
Read this for other symptoms and signs to confirm. When your dog gets that sick, you need to take her to the vet immediately. There are vets that will come in on Sunday. This was very unfortunate.

Sorry for your loss. Besides contacting your veterinarian, you may also trying contacting the breeder to see if there were any of the same problems with other pups in her litter.
sorry to hear that you lost puppy, it could’ve been hookworms or tapeworms. they can do damage to the dogs insides. did u take her to the vet? he may have been able to help her.
Maybe she was infected by parainfluenza
The only way to know for sure is to have a necropsy (animal autopsy) done.
In the future, please get your dog to vet asap if you see these signs.

I’m sorry about ur dog and you might of had the wrong worm medicine. Did you visit a vet? My dog starved her self to death on Christmas Day, your dog might have had a problem where it hurt him/her to eat, that is what happen to my dog.

First of all, why did you not take your dog to the vet? It might be you also gave the wrong medicine and too much. You can still have your dog examined (an autopsy) by a vet.
If you do take her in to get an autopsy, lot of times vets won’t return the body back to you, in my experience anyway.

O MY GOD IM SO SORRY it was the worms she most likely had to many and the womer wasnt helping. they were eating up her blood supply and it stoped her lung and heart. there is nothing that you could have done. you did the right thing by worming her. i am so sorry for your loss
nobody here can give you a diagnosis – you would need to take the body to a vet for an autopsy….
parvo would have had bloody/black poops very smelly
contact the breeder you got her from… my guess is she wasnt vaccinated or dewormed when you got her and you didnt do this either…
because you dont know what killed her – you should not get an unvaccinated dog in the future, you can bleach the cement and wash blankets but any virus can still live in the grass etc… so unless you take and get an autopsy to see what it was… I strongly suggest if you get another dog to get one that is FULLY VACCINATED and DEWORMED first before you bring it home.
