Rest easy.. your dog will be just fine..The amount of theobromine (The bitter part of the chocolate plant) that a brownie actually has is not enough to hurt your dog. It will and can give him diarrhea
But if your brownies were made from scratch.. such as with a dark chocolate and or from bakers chocolate then that is where their can be a danger… If you made this from a box.. Your dog really should be fine..
Just be careful because it can take a tole on their little bodies.
You can always call your vet their is no charge for a phone call sweet..
You need to get her to the vet ASAP if you want her to live. Chocolate is not good for dogs in any amount and it sounds like an awful lot for a small Yorkie.
i would call the vet and tell them what happened. they will know what to do. sorry i can’t be more help, but my dog has never eaten 3 brownies before.
Not to worry. The dog did not ingest enough chocolate to cause damage. Yes, chocolate can kill a dog, but the amount and strength of the chocolate is quite large.
The dog will be just fine.
go to the vet now! its bad for a dog to eat chocolate
Chocolate is toxic to dogs. My recommendation for you is to take hydrogen peroxide and take your dog outside and pour a little in her mouth at a time. She’s gonna wind up throwing up but thats what you want to happen. You dont want to do it for any longer then 5 minutes at a time though.
Good luck!
i don’t understand the use of letters for measurement
You need to make it vomit the chocolate out, otherwise it may be ill for many months this time. A small amount of vodka will work, plus being a clear liquid it is okay for the dog.
