I think i pooped out a worm..?

I went to the restroom, and all i "made" was a small about the width of an index finger, whitish transparent thing. It didnt look alive, i stared at it and it didn’t move. Im not sure what it is. It not a tapeworm because it didnt have segments, yet again it was very small width-wise yet somewhat long like an index finger also a bit flat. Is there something i can do to kill these if there are more inside me? I’m not even sure if im insured to go to a doctor?can i buy something from a pharmacy?! @_@

Since it didn’t look alive, ir could have been been an undigested particle of food (like a vegetable) or even a foreign body (like a piece of plastic or cartilage from a fish bone fragment. The most common worm, if that’s what it was, is known by several names such as "pinworm", "threadworm", or "Enterobius." True tapeworms are rare. This white roundworm is about a half-inch long, causes a lot of itching around the anal opening, and itches most during the night; sometimes you can see these moving worms on the bedsheet in the morning. Whatever you see, try to save in a tiny bottle in some rubbing alcohol or water (to prevent drying) and take it to your doctor for identification. These worms are easily tested for by a simple Scotch tape applicator and microscopic exam in a medical lab. Treatment is readily available. The invisible worm eggs are highly contagious and commonly affect everyone in the household. Fortunately they are a nuisance rather than a danger. Good luck!

was it flat like a piece of tape? cause that would indicate a tape worm. either way go to the doctor and give them a stool sample. they will test it and give you the appropriate medicine to get rid of your ailment
