		<description>No you do not need to keep them separated. The only way for a dog to get tape worms is to ingest a flea that is infected with them. So your adult dog has already been exposed to a possible infection. You have to eliminate the fleas to protect against tapeworm. Personally I would get the both of them dewormed because they were both exposed to the infected flea population.</description>

		<description>yes you do need to keep him away from any other animals because worms can transfer. Get him to the vet asap and you should be good but until then keep him away from any other animals to keep them from getting infected</description>
