Yes they can. Tape worms get into the stomach and intestines of the dog and can cause the dog digestive difficulty. So the dogs food does not get digestive properly and basically has to find another way out. Thus the dog will usually vomit the undigested food. Take him/her to the vet and he/she will be fine once treated. Don’t wait it will only get worse and it won’t go away on it’s own.

they attach to the intestines and suck blood making the dog anemic.
No tape worms do not cause vomitting. However parvo does. If it doesnt stop in a day bring to vet, is treatable and relatively inexpensive.
I would say that could be one cause of vomiting. Go to a veternarian for a check up.
