after my first 6 month cycle of dog worm medicine ends. how long before I start another cycle.?

   If you are asking about heartworm medicine you need to give one tablet per month every month so you will need to get more pills from the vet.
   You need to give it every month all the time and not take a break from it as if the dog gets bit by a mosquitoe it can get heartworm.

   If you mean heartworm pills you never stop, you get more. they stay on it all year around, once a month.

   If it is regular dewormer, it depends on the type of worming agent you are using. They all are different and have different grace periods.

   If it’s heart worm meds, give once monthly for the rest of his life.

   If it’s Heartworm meds then you give them according to climate. If you live in a place such as Florida or Georgia then you would give them monthly all year round..if you live in a place such as Maine or N.H then you would only give them May thru November.
