This is what the box says…. It doesn’t say at all how often you are supposed to give to the dog. Every time he eats, once a week, once every 8 hours??? Just one teaspoon. He’s a 6 1/2 weeks old pitbull, probably weighs about 4 or 5 pounds.
Remove large roundworms and hookworms from puppies and dogs.
Usage Instructions:
Administer one full teaspoonful (5mL) for each 5 lbs. of body weight. To issue proper dosage weigh animal prior to treatment. For maximum control and prevention of reinfestation, treat puppies at 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, and 10 weeks of age. Lactating females should be treated 2-3 weeks after whelping. Adult dogs kept in heavily contaminated quarters may be treated at monthly intervals to prevent T. Canis reinfestation. It is not necessary to withhold food prior to treatment. Dogs usually find this wormer very palatable and will lick the dose from the bowl willingly. Alternatively, mix in a small quantity of dog food to encourage consumption. Dogs living with constant exposure to worm infestation should receive a follow-up fecal exam within 2 to 4 weeks after first treatment. If your dog looks or acts sick, consult your veterinarian before treatment. See carton for complete instructions.
Ingredients: Water, Pyrantel, Pyrantel Pamoate.

Last night my puppy pooped and I seen a long worm in his poop and I guess that was a roundworm right? Well I took him to the vet today and he gave him worm pills for them and I gave it to him and 6 hours later he puked…so do you think he all ready digested the pills and it will be okay that he puked 6 hours later? Also my older dog that is 2 years old has worms???? She pooped out 2 worms and they were a different kind they were not quit a inch long and was smallish but bigger then a piece of rice so what kind is that? So I went back to the vet and got her worm medicine and this medicine kills tape worms, hookworms, whip worms and round worms. But for my puppy he only gave pills to kill round worms…..is this normal for both of my dogs to have each a different kind of worms? I am just scared that my puppy didn’t digest his pills and he puked them up. And also about my 2 y o dog having worms. Also my moms dog got worm Medicine incase he gots worms to. I love my dog so much and I want them to be healthy and i am worrying me head off about them having worms. So please tell me what kind of worms my 2 y o dog has? I know this is a lot to read but i really do appreciate it thanks.
No I didnt take any samples with me. When I first got my puppy they said he had round worms and was treated for them but i guess they didn’t all die. So My vet gave me 2 1/2 pills for round worms and I gave them in 1 single dose liek the vet said to do. Then my 2 y o dog panacur c and I guess that kills all worms.
Well my 2 y o dogs worms are a little big bigger then rice. But they was not really a inch long. There was 2 in her poop and they were alive. And when my puppy pooped out just 1 worm it was not moving and I guess dead.
