when a mosquito bite a dog that is not taking the heart worm guard preventive medicines does that mean the dog will get heart worm 100% ?

or does the mosquito have to be infected or some sort ?

My puppy Shih Tzu has tape worm and I am waiting for test result to see if other worms exist. I want to buy some dewormer. Can’t decide which brand. I see Drontal and Canex everywhere. Are they good?

I looked on 800 pet meds and it didn’t matter whether you clicked on cat or dog, it listed the dosage for both. I have two kittens and a chiuaua. So buying one would save money (which I really need to do) and still treat both. The only difference I noticed was the mg, one is 23mg and the other is 34mg. I really hope some one can help.

We have worming medicine for our dog that we found. It is supposed to be for cats but it had the same things in it as what the dog wormer did. We give it to him every 10 days, and it gets diahrea with worms coming out. Is it working? It gets the worms out, but it keeps coming out, but the worms are alive when they come out. He needs to go to the vet soon, but we have to wait until we get a little extra money.

Any over the counter, or just home remedies that work to kill worms in a dog?
